Could have better communication
I've been coming to PWC for years and I love it. Especially since I have a lot of animals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are excellent with my pets as some aren't very friendly and never had an issue. Going back today to have more kittens receive their 2nd set of shots and 2 older kitties get their yearly vaccines. Thank you PWC.
Quick, easy, reasonable prices. Staff was very kind to my dogs and facility was clean. I liked being able to register and check-in online.
There was very little wait and the staff were all super attentive. It was beginning to snow ans I wanted to get Willie's foot checked before we got snowed in. They were very thorough and professional and compassionate. The visit was also very affordable as well as convenient. Thank you!!! Very satisfied with our first visit.
I have never had a bad experience at Petwell Clinic! The facility is always clean and has convenient hours. Staff and doctors are always friendly, treats pets like family and communicates very well! Highly recommend!

Every employee I've encountered has been amazing and extremely compassionate and helpful in all of my emergency situations. Not only is it close and convenient, the vets are knowledgeable and helpful...Lucy and Little were better in no time after a visit with them. Love 💕
I was so thankful they were open when everyone else was closed the day after Thanksgiving. Great service, and they took their time finding the most cost effective way of treating my new kitten. Thanks to them Fonzi has a new forever home!
